  • Fare depends on distance, duration, vehicle type, route, and travel dates.
  • Toll tax, parking charges, state taxes, driver allowance, and permits (if applicable) are extra unless mentioned.
  • Prices once confirmed will not change unless the itinerary is modified by the customer.

3. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must be used strictly as per the agreed itinerary.
  • Any additional usage (extra kilometers, hours, or destinations) will be charged separately.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

  • Our drivers are trained and professional; customers are expected to behave respectfully.
  • Sai Cab Services reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in case of misconduct or illegal activity.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Events

  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
  • In such cases, alternate arrangements will be made where possible.

6. Liability

  • Sai Cab Services is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the journey.
  • Customers are advised to keep their valuables safe at all times.
